Luke McDonald

Luke is a cross-country and track star from Poudre High School who is a strong leader on and off the track, being named the cross-country captain for two years. He is a 2-time Academic All-State winner and 4-year Honor Athlete, but his greatest achievement is the annual house he builds for Habitat for Humanity in his Geometry and Construction class. His desire to help others is clear through his actions with ambassador and mentor programs at Poudre and volunteer experience at Sky Ranch Lutheran Camp each summer. Others naturally follow him because of his impeccable work ethic and vocal leadership, and he is just as happy to see his teammates succeed as he is for himself.
